We strip and remake every bed with host-supplied or JNC-laundered linens, clean the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas and floors to your listing’s checklist, run and empty the dishwasher, and take the trash and recycling out. We restock consumables from your inventory, such as toilet paper, soap, coffee and paper towels, and tell you when stock runs low. Rooms are staged to match your listing photos.
Before we leave you get a photo report that includes any damage or missing items, so you can file with the platform within its window. The standard turnover window is check-out plus four hours. Turnovers are priced flat per unit size from $85, invoiced weekly, and booked seven days a week from your calendar sync or a weekly schedule you send by Sunday evening. Door codes stay in our scheduling system and are never shared by text.
