About JNC Hospitality: hotel standards, a neighbor’s care — since 2017
Cleaning with a hotel’s standards and a neighbor’s care. Owner-run in Lynchburg since 2017. We started with home cleaning and grew into Airbnb turnovers and commercial laundry because customers kept asking for more — and we kept saying yes.
OUR STORY
Nine years, one standard.
Judy Reynolds started JNC in 2017 with a car full of supplies, a handful of Lynchburg homes and one simple rule: leave every room the way a good hotel would. Word spread the way it does in a small city — a neighbor, then a landlord, then an Airbnb host who needed same-day turnovers. Each time a customer asked for something new, Judy wrote a checklist for it. That is how home cleaning grew into laundry pickup, rental turnovers and seasonal hot tub and pool care.
Today JNC Hospitality serves Lynchburg, Amherst, Madison Heights, Forest, Bedford, Roanoke and Charlottesville. Judy still inspects the work, still answers the phone, and still believes the best review is a customer who never has to think about cleaning again.
